Terms and conditions
Conditions applicable to the relationship between Luxury Drive and the vehicle seller.
Purpose
These general conditions govern the relationship between Luxury Drive and any person wishing to sell their vehicle via our online valuation service.
Valuation service
Luxury Drive offers a free and no-obligation valuation of the vehicle. The online valuation is indicative and does not constitute a firm offer. The final offer is made after physical inspection of the vehicle.
Sales process
Following your request, Luxury Drive contacts you within 24 working hours. After agreement on the price, an appointment is set for inspection and payment. Payment is made by instant bank transfer or bank cheque.
Seller's obligations
The seller warrants that they are the legitimate owner of the vehicle, that it is not pledged, stolen or subject to a dispute. The seller provides the necessary documents: registration certificate, certificate of conformity, service book, official maintenance invoices and keys.
Cancellation
As long as the transaction is not finalised (signing of the transfer certificate and payment), either party may withdraw without penalty.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the signature of the sales contract, unless the transaction is concluded entirely at Luxury Drive's place of business.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of the Brussels district have sole jurisdiction, Belgian law applying.
